What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn jewelry in its original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, every MinimalBijoux piece comes with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or loss.
